When does my letter ship? The 2nd monday of each month!

How much does it cost? $10 for domestic & $12 international.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! Just make sure to select the international mail option. :)
What is the Test Batch? The Test Batch is a behind-the-scenes sneak peek of Muds Mail Club! It’s a small batch of goodies I put together to test printing, paper types, and packaging before the official launch. Sign up by Feb 28th to be put in the drawing! 30 people will have the opportunity to be apart of this special batch! It’ll be mailed with your March Mail. <3
What’s included in each letter? Art print, sticker, letter, and 1-2 surprises (activity, prompt, sticker, mini print, ect).
Can I cancel my subscription? Yes of course! You can cancel through your account or email me and we’ll get everything squared away. Cancel before the 15th of the month to apply cancelation for the following month.
Can I gift a subscription? Absolutely! Just sign up using the gift recipient’s info and they’ll receive their first envelope with love.
I need to update my shipping information and or payment method. No problem! This can be done in your account but if you’re having issues, email me and we’ll get everything sorted.
